As third phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls are underway, Congress MP from Amethi Rahul Gandhi is set to undertake his fifth roadshow from today.
In the first leg of his three-day roadshow, Rahul will cover places like Ramnagar, Fatehpur, Mahmudabad, Laharpur and Golla. On Thursday, Rahul will address public meetings at Tulsipur, Bhinga, Nanpara, Fakarpur, Ramnagar and Basti.
In the final phase of his tour, he will visit Mujaina, Sadullah Nagar, Naugarh, Domariaganj and Shohratganj.
Like Rahul, Congress leaders and locals of Amethi believe that if Priyanka Gandhi takes on roadshows, it would boost the party's prospect.Priyanka had visited Amethi to keep an eye on poll campaigning. Amethi goes to polls on April 28.
